Cardio Chair Drumming
You become the music in this full body workout that leaves you smiling and ready for the day. Class is done seated in a chair while drumming on a big stability ball or floor. We provide everything you need. All abilities welcome, we do not go down to the floor. Instructor: Kim

This slower-paced, meditative yoga is a gentle practice designed to promote slowing down and opening the body through gentle stretching.
