Like variety? The Fit Class Pass is the perfect fit for you! Feel the burn – or flow – or splash – by trying them all! 

Get in an early workout with Morning Burn Bootcamp, or try Cross Training over lunch. WERQ will get your heart rate up after work, and Restorative Yoga will help you stretch out and slow down. The Fit Class Pass is your key to a variety of fitness fun! 

Add the Fit Class Pass to your membership at the Welcome Desk. The $25 Fit Class Pass fee is a recurring charge on the 5th of the month and can be canceled at any time. The fee is good for the current month, not the next 30 days (Example: Signing up on September 15 gives you access to classes for the month of September, not until October 15.).

January-April Class Schedule

Occasionally, instructors need to cancel a class. Check with the Welcome Desk or the instructor for any schedule updates. Instructors and MCC staff will do their best to notify Fit Class Pass subscribers of last minute changes. Sign up for text alerts to be notified of cancelations, or check the fitness calendar or aquatics calendar to see the current week.

Class Descriptions

Aqua Flow - a Taijifit experience

Taijifit is a series of slow movements and stretches that flow into the next without pause staying in constant motion connecting mind, body and breath.  Nothing to learn, just follow along.  Water provides a gentle resistance and added balance. Instructor:  Kim

Cardio & Strength

Shape up with this exciting blend of step-interval and strength training! Workouts include a variety of equipment, including steps, free weights, TRX, slam balls, and more! Instructor: Phyllis

Tuesdays & Thursdays  ▶  6:30–7:30 p.m.

Cardio Chair Drumming 

You become the music in this full body workout that leaves you smiling and ready for the day. Class is done seated in a chair while drumming on a big stability ball or floor. We provide everything you need. All abilities welcome, we do not go down to the floor. Instructor: Kim

Cardio Splash 

This class is full of fun, energy, music, and laughs. Regardless of your age, size, or fitness level, Cardio Splash enhances your overall fitness improves your stability and balance in and out of the water. Instructor: Kim

Fit Camp 

This boot camp-inspired workout focuses on building strength and endurance through a combination of functional fitness movements. Fit Camp can be adapted to all levels. Instructor: Wanda

Kettlebell AMPD 

Get ready to combine great music with simple, effective kettlebell movements for a calorie-torching workout that is fun, safe, and accessible to all fitness levels! The class focuses on building muscular endurance with high repetition and low weights. Instructor: Piper

Saturdays  ▶  8:30–9:30 a.m. 

Morning Burn Bootcamp

Wake up and workout before your day and excuses start.  Boot camp workouts are designed to elevate your results and push your limits.  This class focuses on maximum calorie burn, combining cardiovascular and endurance training.  Each workout will be unique, challenging and fun with adaptations for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Instructor: Caitlin

Morning HIIT - starting in February

Kickstart your day with an energizing Morning HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class that will leave you feeling strong, focused, and unstoppable! This dynamic workout combines a mix of fitness equipment and bodyweight exercises to challenge every muscle in your body. Designed to boost your strength, endurance, and metabolism, using full-body movements that maximize results in minimal time. Come break a sweat and conquer your mornings—your best self is waiting!  Restorative Yoga

This slower-paced, meditative yoga is a gentle practice designed to promote slowing down and opening the body through gentle stretching. The class is designed to increase flexibility and mobility, reduce stress and anxiety, and release body tension. There are indoor and outdoor classes available. Instructor: Portia

Senior Strength

This class is designed to help older adults enhance their strength, balance, and overall fitness in supportive and fun environment. Senior Strength focuses on low-impact exercises that improve muscle tone, increase flexibility, and boost endurance. Instructor: Chloe

Shape Up 

This class consists of high-intensity exercises and features cardio and resistance training to improve endurance, build strength, and increase energy. Instructor: Caitlin

Stretch & Roll - starting in February

This class is designed to enhance your mobility, ease tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and is perfect for all fitness levels. This session combines restorative stretches with effective foam rolling techniques to release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and boost circulation. Whether you're looking to relieve stress, recover after a workout, or simply move with ease, come roll your way to better mobility. Instructor: Abby

 Tap Class

Enjoy a variety of music while you tap your troubles away! Class begins with simple technique exercises, working your body and your brain. Then, we'll learn rhythms and a combination of tap steps to favorite Broadway tunes and other music types. Must have tap shoes. Instructor: Treva

Water Aerobics

A moderate-to-high-intensity class consisting of cardio and toning to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. Instructor: Phyllis

WERQ

WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the wildly addictive dance fitness class based on the hottest hip-hop music. Beyond being easy to follow for all levels, WERQ is an effective cardio class that feels more like a dance club experience. Instructor: Wanda
