Board of Zoning Appeals

A hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled when an application is filed for a variance of zoning regulations, approval of a conditional use, or an appeal of a decision rendered by the zoning administrator.

  • Meetings are held as needed, beginning at 7 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month.
  • Location: City Council Chambers, Merriam City Hall; 9001 W. 62nd St.; Merriam, KS 66202
