Board of Structure Appeals

The Board of Structure Appeals is an appointed body that has jurisdiction to hear and decide appeals in a decision made by a public officer. It enforces the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, or any other ordinance adopted by the City relating to the construction for buildings.
