Apply for Franchise Fee Rebates

It’s time to fill out your Franchise Fee Rebate Program applications. 

 

The City will reimburse eligible Merriam families for franchise fees on utility bills from last year. 


What You Need

  • 2020 gas, electric, and landline telephone invoices.
  • Proof of income for all household members.   

The City of Merriam will accept applications for its program through May 1. Please contact the Community Development Department at 913-322-5520 with any questions.
