Yoshokai Aikido This style of Aikido is a non-competitive art based on the philosophy and martial arts of the Japanese samauri. Class time will be spent on proper throwing and pinning techniques. Instructor: Rafael Duran

The Midland Ki Society is hosting a spring seminar with Kashiwaya Sensei, an 8th degree black belt in Ki Aikido. This is an exciting opportunity to experience the coordination of mind and body while performing Aikido techniques.
