This class is a challenging, fun blend of body awareness, functional movement, strength building yoga poses, and strength training. Using movement techniques found in Flow Yoga and applying them to functional weight training to create a dynamic movement training class to challenge any fitness level. Class drop-in $7 per class. For men who love to play soccer-or want to try a new activity-but feel a little "out of shape" to play in a traditional league. Games will be small sided and you'll be provided with additional tools needed to live a healthy lifestyle and improve your overall fitness levels.
Note: All participants must have a body composition analysis performed by the MPRD Fitness Specialist or personal physician and a score of at least 27%. Two testing day will be scheduled prior to per-season goal setting assessments on August 26.
