Belly Dance/Intermediate/Advance Belly Dance 

Shake some variety into your workout! As alluring as it is effective, this classic fitness art will work your entire body as you practice core control and dexterity. Advanced class is for students with previous belly dance experience. Dress comfortably and shimmy your way into more toned and confident you!
Class drop-in - Belly Dance $10 per class, Intermediate $12 per class and Advance Belly Dance $12 per class

Cardio Strength and Stretch


Achieve the perfect balance between strength and flexibility with a blend of the latest in modern fitness training and yoga to help you reach for results. Come prepared to work hard, sweat, and have fun using free weights, jump ropes, kettlebells, and body bar.  Class drop-in - $7 per class; Instructor: Beth Cullum

Fat Burn Challenge


Achieve the perfect balance between strength and flexibility. No guts, no glory in this total body workout. Class incorporates drills to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. A variety of circuits will be featured that included cardio and weight lifting. Each class will cover all fitness needs.
